Talking with people from diverse backgrounds comes easily to me. In part due to my cultural identity (Muscogee/Seminole/Cherokee), education, training, and work experience, but mainly because I know our relationship with others is a powerful healing force.
I work closely with adults and couples who are intentional about experiencing more joy in their lives.
I am passionate about addressing issues that can stem from generations of family dysfunction and impact a person's view of themself and the world around them. I teach how to recreate calm, restore emotional closeness in meaningful relationships, and gain a new perspective on concerns.

I help people negotiate the most intimate aspects of their most personal relationships. In my work with couples, we identify hurtful patterns that prevent their connection from being a haven for both partners. Couples learn to address the root of problems in conflict resolution and are rewarded with deeper trust and intimacy.
